benchmark Pricegraph API (#1092)

This PR changes benchmarks to use `Pricegraph` high level API. Additionally, the `Orderbook::read` method is now `Pricegraph::read`.

### Test Plan

Run the benchmarks! `cargo bench -p pricegraph`.
