DS-2970 Update to allow v1.1.1.1 xgboost (#7)

* Update syntax & remove deprecated args for xgboost

Calls to XGBoost require a strict list parameter (data.frame not
suitable). Also "reg:linear" objective renamed to "reg:squarederror".
Also lambda_bias parameter removed since no longer used. (see
https://github.com/dmlc/xgboost/issues/3929 and related PR)

* DS-2970 Add support for older xgboost outputs

Add try catch logic into the predict.GradientBoost method to attempt to
salvage an older computed xgboost output to be compatible with the newer
predict method in xgboost. Added an rds file which contains an older
such output in the test directory for use in unit tests to check that
the output can be successfully imported.

* DS-2970 Update DESC for serialized objects

Directive for R version >=3.5.0 required to support the serialized
object used in the new test of older xgboost outputs

* DS-2970 Suppress printed output in unit test

* DS-2970 Unlock xgboost in .travis.yml

.travis.yml still had hard link to xgboost@1.0.0.2. Removing this to
restore travis build
