[FEATURE] CSP: Add ignorePaths option (#331)

To be compatible with the original CSPFilter in Maven, requests for "test-resources/sap/ui/qunit/testrunner.html"
(or with the URL as Referrer) should not get CSP headers.
Therefore with option sendSAPTargetCSP, this request is
ignored and no CSP headers are added.
