fix(model): Remove global_construction_set key from Model schema

This commit is coordinated with [this one over on the honeybee-openstudio-gem](https://github.com/ladybug-tools/honeybee-openstudio-gem/pull/125).

It removes the global_construction_set key on the Model object and gets rid of the corresponding bugs it creates.

Resolves https://github.com/ladybug-tools/dragonfly-energy/issues/51
