feat(defaults): Hard-code standard defaults into the gem

This commit officially makes the default constructions and construction set that comes with Honeybee as much of a default as those embedded within the honeybee Model schema.

This eliminates the need for the global_construction_set key in the Model schema, which was problematic in its current implementation. Now, the default constructions can only be overridden on the level of a Room/Space or a level of an individual Surface.
