General Historic Event Registry (#1063)

This PR moves and renames `orderbook::streamed::Orderbook` to `history::events::EventRegistry` as a generic event registry for querying historic events.

### Test Plan

This PR is mainly a refactor, so unit testings should be enough :smile:
