581 - modular splitting of tezos indexer (#859)

* - cache for operations.kind

* - cache for operations.kind

* Split the multitude of inner functions within Lorre into modules

 * separate processing of different entities
 * rename the TezosNodeOperations to TezosIndexedDataOperations to
   mark the difference with almost same-named TezosNodeOperator

* Separate Tezos Indexer configuration from the main processing logic

* First batch of review changes

* Add docs and rename where requested

* Missing doc param

* Second batch of review changes

* Trivial doc refuse
