fix(config): Improve search for Radiance on Mac

I'm fixing part of the config now that I know that the latest Radiance installer on Mac actually installs to usr/local and not the Applications folder, 

I'm also getting rid of the code that automatically finds the version of Radiance that comes with OpenStudio since I realize that the OpenStudio Radiance might never be compatible with the new ladybug tools given that Rob doesn't seem to be maintaining it anymore. But we'll see. Maybe one day we can put it back.
