elasticsearch: sort tables in search results by table DOI not table ID

* Previous fix gives 'NoResultFound: No row was found for one()' on QA.
* Better to extract table number from DOI stored in Elasticsearch index.
* Same result as ID, but advantage of not using DB and can use in test.
