* Adding @Directive annotation to CollectionBaseInput

* Adding selector to CollectionBaseInput directive

The documentation helper function `parseSelector` complains if `@Directive` and `@Component` decorators do not have `selector` defined.

* Added string type guard to `parseSelector` function
