Update formatversions and header version (#17)

* Set the version to 700 in all headers.

The entered number/version should represent the version of the API not
the actual version of the used datev software. Since the current API
version is 7.0.0 set the correct number.

* Set the correct formatversion when exporting bookings
* Set correct format version when exporting contacts
