Make platform discovery generic (#836)

* Create GenericPlatformDiscoveryOperations out of TezosPlatformDiscoveryOperations for generic discovery handling

* Split DefaultDatabaseOperations and add some tests to it

* Change TestPlatformDiscoveryOperations to cache multiple platforms properly

* Introduce new tests for validating MetadataCaching

* Changes after code review (mostly renaming)

* Fix scala-doc due to change of name for single parameter

* Use .headOption instead of 'unsafe' .head while calling Vector with columns

* Rename `.get` to `.key` to avoid confusing that this method is called on `Option`

* Solve warnings about `.get` access and imports in "wrong" place

* Bitcoin sql schema

* Bitcoin Slick tables

* Introduce new mechanism for setting up database with multiple blockchains

* Introduce more tests for generic discovery mechanism
