Sync packet size (#105)

* Add device specific filesync maximum data size, and set it during connection.

* Limit max chunk size to adb sync service limit 64kB, and leave space for packet overhead when maxdata < 64kB (set at half of maxdata)

* Fix chunk data dependent test cases, to use the new property instead of hardcoded value.

* Add legacy value for ADB_DATA to fallback in case

* Reduce chunk size for tests, for smaller logs.

* Reduce pull big file test size.

* Replace MAX_ADB_DATA length tests with max chunk size.

* Trim bulk_read log to 1000 characters to not overflow CI log.

* Update FileSyncTransactionInfo helper with device specific maxdata

* Revert big file tests to originals, to test chunk and max packet size too.

* Add documentation to maxdata.

* Alphabetize attributes

* Documentation formatting

* Documentation formatting
