autogenerate getting started doc examples and fix few bugs (#324)

* convert most examples in getting_started page to auto-generate test examples.
These files are stored in docs/docgen/getting_started
Fix Division by Zero when no tests were ran, we return when total_tests=0
There was a bug where buildtest was reporting to log tests that didn't run
for example those that pass Build but failed Run stage. We fixed this by
introduce new variable valid_builder which keeps track of all valid builders
that were run succesfully.
Update Getting Started page docs
Add example for buildtest report

* remove accidental commits to buildtest.log
Add small section on logfile in Getting Started.
Log error message during failed run steps.
