Add assertion support

- add list and fetch endpoints for `Assertions`
- integrate assertions into `Certificate`, `Factory`, and `Standard` endpoints
- because the object of the `Assertion` is stored in these tables, mark it with an `assertion_id`
- add `clippy` suggestions and `From` impls related to `Assertions`
- add `Ingestion` org type
- update tests to share a Rocket `Client` where applicable (see `mod.rs`
- add new test pattern with diesel `begin_test_transaction`, calling route handlers directly and in same file.
