Implemented app color

Implemented app color scheme
Changed network call to implement generic API Response object to indicate loading and error states.
Added an App Exception class for showing the network error and allowing the user to retry.
Added Loading Widget with loading indicator as well as text.
Added Flight Detail 'Show' button on the flight detail screen which will show all the detail text in a simple dialog.
Added one of each, upcoming and past flight objects to the tests.
