Update supported Django versions (#89)

Fixes #88.

Drop support for old versions 1.8-1.10.

Add support for Django 2.2 and Django 3.0.

The latter drops the internal 'six', but since we still support Python 2 for Django 1.11, we now depend on the separate 'six'.

Also fix the bracketing on the translated Http404 message.
