Add remove_dnc and make more methods use _handle_request (formerly _bulk_request)

Removing phone numbers from the dnc list is now implemented

Adding a phone number to the DNC now returns usable data instead
of a bool

More methods have been moved to use _handle_request (formerly known
as _bulk_request) to handle their execution. The reason why is
that _handle_request does some neat error handling if CallHub's api
returns an unexpected status code, and there's no reason to re-implement
that error handling in every method
