Avoid writing too many comma separators for lists

Some comma separators are not really needed, taking into account that
whitespace can also act as a separator, so lists would be written this
way:

  # Normal mode
  people [
    "John",
    "Peter",
  ],

  # Compact mode
  people["John","Peter",],

This patch avoids the trailing commas in lists, and uses no commas altogether
in normal mode, because the trailing newline character already acts as item
separator. With this patch, the output is:

  # Normal mode
  people [
    "John"
    "Peter"
  ],

  # Compact mode
  people["John","Peter"],
