* Use the CPS monad for type checking.

This change removes all the error wrappers, thus
impacting all the error messages. I'm kind of inclined
towards these less verbose erro messages, so will fix
the difference if needed later.

* Use our monadic foldM instead of List.fold_until

* Bunch of error location improvements

* Update tests missed earlier

* Remove printf comment
