Sync schemas (#319)

* snyc schemas with buildtesters/schema.
Changes are mostly addressed at creating definitions in global.schema.json
that can be reused with other schemas.

* adding status key into compiler schema since this can be useful for both script and compiler
schema. This allows user to control status of test PASS/FAIL based on returncode or regular expression
on stdout/stderr
