Andrew medlin/pv 276 ori cleanup (#188)

* Cleaning up and unit testing of station orientation error analysis script.
* Addressed various warnings detected by pylint. 
* Various trivial fixes for Py2 compatibility.
* Added checks against expected RF for test cases with negation and channel swapping - results imply that such errors are equivalent to a rotation (possibly combined with a reflection) in such a way they can be rectified by rotation correction for RF purposes.
