* feat: adds support for b3 single header.

* docs(b3-single): adds some documentation in the code.

* docs(b3-single): adds more comments.

* chore: improves signature for the constructor based on brave's enum for single and multi.

* chore(b3-single): s/bit/value

* fix(b3-single): fixes passing the carrier by reference so injection takes effect.

* tests(b3-single): improves tests for B3 multi and single, also allows for injecting both multi and single.

* feat(b3-single): adds RemoteSetter interface.

* tests(b3-single): covers keys tests.

* docs(b3-single): improves docs in code.

* chore(b3-single): reverts RemoteSetter from RequestHeaders as a delay in the transition because it is early to know if we are making it a RemoteSetter or allowing others to extend it.
