Bugfix - AttributeError: can't set attribute

When DIGITS fails to parse some (but not all) messages from Caffe,
DIGITS tries to insert None for missing data points. There was an error
in this code which I had never discovered because I had never run into
DIGITS failing to parse Caffe messages.

This can occur when inserting printf debugging statements into Caffe (or
cuDNN, in this case) which may compete for stdout or stderr with glog,
leading to improperly formatted log messages like:

Hello, I0722 19:31:11.400308 18078 solver.cpp:217] Iteration 203, loss = 0.614666
world!

Instead of what was intended:
Hello, world!
I0722 19:31:11.400308 18078 solver.cpp:217] Iteration 203, loss = 0.614666
