Skirmish client update (#14)

* Updating board for Skirmish.  Currently using placeholder images, will fix.

* Added the toggle for skirmish

* Adding support to the deckbuilder and the deck validator

* Added support for formats like clans, rather than hardcoding them into the deck editor

* Need to add restricted / ban lists for skirmish

* Added banned / restricted list for skirmish

* Updated the game lobby deck list to filter based on the game type

* Updated failure message

* Some updates based on testing

* Updated art assets

* Linting

* Updated Skirmish Province Images
