Add XMP tests

- Add some missing EXIF tests.
- No longer exporting ExifPrefix. Not necessary.
- Can now format XMP.
- segment.go: Added IsExif() and IsXmp() methods to simplify detection
  and to allow asserting to EXIF and XMP getters.
- Add some missing commenting.
- Annotated which tests are missing.
