[Added] username2 to Link (#38)

* Add username2 to Link

* Add username2 and password2 to Link options

* Remove Link.options from body

We do this because Link.options is merged anyways. So we make sure that required params are in the body. The only exception is access_mode param. This is because we add a default value (AccessMode::SINGLE)
