Cypress tests (#204)

* openapi draft for local tests admin

* connexion requeres function for every defined path

* created admin API for users managemetn during tests

* moved local-tests-token to header

* added gcodes cypress tests and minor backend fixes

* Added all mail cypress test cases in both modes.

* Fixed cypress tests after rebase.

* Removed a development comments.

* Fixed a travis script.

* Refactoring of cypress tests.

* - Added the API endpoint for a registering test user.
- Little refactored the cypress tests

* Removed descibe.only().
