CAB-3603: Adds e2e and additional unit tests for OptionAutocompleteComponent. (#947)

* Fixes issue where the child filter-select should clear its value after the parent has a distinct new value (test needed).

* Additional unit tests for component.

* Adds e2e test for filter-select that loads options from parent control.

* Code review feedback: Use element.all() when locating all the mat-input-elements.
