00_SIGNALduino.pm -> lib/SD_Protocols.pm
   * Migrated all protocol specific subs to oo style methods in lib::SD_Protocols
   * Optimized SIGNALduino_Write a little bit
   * Fixed bug and converted some code for better readabilify
SD_Protocols.pm
   * made LoadHashFromJson compatible with JSON:PP
   * Basic tests added, but not finished
   * Migrated to perl object syntax. Some adjustments still needed
