fix(tolerance): Do not make bypassing checks the default

I think I'm already learning the hard way that, if there are checks that need to be performed in order to ensure a model simulates correctly, then the default should not be to bypass these checks.

Along these lines, I am setting the default Model tolerances to be a positive number (albeit a somewhat arbitrary one that's kinda meters-centric) just so I don't end up with cases of models not simulating because a user didn't bother to set the tolerance to something that made sense.
