Add attribute access to Subject and Image (#169)

This allows more direct and compact access to Subject images and to
image information.

Before: `data = subject['t1_mri'][torchio.DATA]`.
Now: `data = subject.t1_mri.data`.

Accessing images this way is similar to the attribute access in Pandas:
https://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/version/0.15.0/indexing.html#attribute-access

Accesing `data` and `affine` like this is similar to `nibabel`.
