Warn on every call to missing update_service() listener method

This is in order to provide visibility to the library users that this
method exists. I don't think it should ever be called before/instead of
add_service, but better safe than sorry. Also a preparation for calling
this method unconditionally in the future, just like
add_service/remove_service.
