Commit Message

Pings the car more gently when connected

If already connected, we don't need to do the full login process
to check if the car still exists. Sending a 6kb authentication cert
every 5 seconds causes performance problems over Bluetooth.
Instead, just do a single RPC call on a remembered Etch connection
