Attempting to specify a specific gdc package version in travis.yml.

`apt-get update` was executed, but `gdc-5` still got installed. In the bionic
`docker` containers I spin up locally specifying `gdc-8` isn't required (that
version is selected automatically) but maybe it's required in Travis'
environment.
