Restructure gd repo (#13)

Previously there was a layer `git_detective::git::Repo` which
`git_detective::GitDetective` used directly and returned in many cases.
Those methods have been hoisted upwards into `GitDetective` itself, for
simplicity and easier testing. Moved tests that were inside of the `git_detective::git` module into the
exterior `tests`.
