Mocha class refactors

- create `Mocha#parallelMode` to set the parallel mode option post-instantiation
- rename `Mocha#lazyLoadFiles` prop to `_lazyLoadFiles`; create `Mocha#lazyLoadFiles` setter
- add some missing constructor coverage in unit tests
- remove `message` checks from some exception-related assertions in unit tests
- set initial state in constructor to `INIT`
- rename `Mocha#_runner` to `Mocha#_runnerClass`, which is more obvious, since it's not an instance
