Refactor/add support for integrating multiple chain versions (#799)

* Refactor Lorre to make it more generic (move all tezos classes to tezos package)

* Implement mechanism to enable different endpoints via configuration file. Apply remarks after code review and move some classes around

* Fix `runSchema` command being broken due to wrong module name and update comment for akka.streaming-client section

* Changes after code review

* Fix formatting

* Port changes related to 795 due to Indexer being moved

* Optimize Dependencies.scala and move one method from common to API for printing configuration

* Put versions at the beginning of the file to organize it better

* Exclude more classes from coverage test (map the same one, taken from before modularization change).

* Take `FeeOperations.scala` out, from common to indexer module

* Final split of the rest of the Tezos-specific classes from common to Lorre/API parts

* Fix majority of TODOs left after modularization

* Prepare smoke-tests to be executed with more integrations

* Port back changes from master and fix failing tests
