Stream cache objects (#24)

* Add methods for returning cache stream.

* Use non-parallel streams for consistency.

Important for pagination to ensure results are returned in a consistent order.

* Added streamSlice method for skip and limit

Also renamed Cache.get to stream

* Updated integration spec to cover streaming slice.
