* Update he.js

Translated general content to  Hebrew

* Fix Talk edits

I attempted to resolve merge conflict with previous commit, this fixes some mistakes in that commit.

* Cleanup whitespace

* Update he.js

- reviewed PR and fixed issues with RTL rendering 
- phrases for "join us" (zero, one, other) on homepage: excluded input from project name to simplify RTL issues (less switching between languages in sentence). 
My new edits translate to :
zero: No one is talking about this project right now.
one: one person is talking about this project right now 
other: <count> people are talking about this project right now
