Updated TravisCI configuration to account for changes in defaults and doveralls.

Since last time I pushed changes to GitHub, it appears that doveralls v1.3.1 has
stopped working on Ubuntu Trusty (!). The error message in a container I used
was: `./doveralls: error while loading shared libraries: libcurl.so.4: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory`. Concequently I had to
upgrade to v1.3.2.

At the same time, Travis CI changed their default Ubuntu distribution from
Trusty (14.04) to Xenial (16.04). For now I'm explicitly requesting for "Trusty"
to get predictable builds.

For Xenial and doveralls v1.3.1, the error message is `./doveralls: error while
loading shared libraries: librtmp.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such
file or directory`.

doveralls v1.3.2 did work in an `ubuntu:xenial` docker container, but required
installing `libcurl4-gnutls-dev` first. The same was true for Bionic (18.04).
May upgrade to latest image soon, but for now Trusty required the least changes.

There are some other changes in travis.yml semantics that may need to be
addressed in the future. e.g. the `sudo` key has been depricated.
