Commit Message

CXmlDocSource::mkXmlDoc now outputs errors through a serializing context

It used to receive a string reference as output argument for storing any error.
It made it necessary to manually handle libxml2 errors and add them to that
string. CXmlSerializingContext is now capable of doing that, so let's pass such
an object instead of a string.
