[FIX] sale: Fill confirmation_date field

Fill the field with a date found for a tracking value that changes state. Two
strategies are used:

* If the state of the order is `sale`, last tracking value is selected, as it will
  match with the confirmation step.
* If the state of the order is `done`, we can't use last, but first one is also not
  the good one if the order has been sent by mail, but we use it as the best one.
