Don't spit out nans for precision or F1 when we don't get any right.

I don't see value in distinguishing between divide-by-zero and 0 for these. The point is, we didn't get any right, and 0 conveys that. Furthermore, the reasons can now be diagnosed using the confusion matrix.

Keeping nans out of FPR and FNR are a project for another day.
