fix(solar): Change default solar distribution to FullExteriorWithReflect

The more that I have thought about this, there appear to be more cases where our legacy default of FullInteriorAndExteriorWothReflections doesn't add much accuracy. At the same time, it can really increase simulation time and the risk of severe errors. The interior reflections are overkill for most studies of energy use, thermal loads, and HVAC size. They are also probably overkill for thermal comfort studies using the averaged results over a zone.
