Commit Message

Deploy kubevirt priority class (#524)

In order to function properly, kubevirt requires a PriorityClass
to be deployed before virt-operator. Because the OLM development
team expects to support PriorityClasses only for 4.5, and because
K8s dropped support for the previous critical-pod annotation,
we are forced to support it here for now.
