jpeg.go: Use specific error if there is no EOI marker

This identifies a specific problem. Otherwise, the general error message
would have to be investigated in order to get more info.

- Dropped some redundant logging.
- We now log the beginning of segments. This is useful for debugging and
  useful for investigating the structure of a particular JPEG in
  general.
