Change default storage.redirect_urls value to True

This option was originally added because easy_install had some issues with the signed S3 urls and HTTP redirects.

From some recent testing, it looks like this may no longer be an issue.
Changing the default value to True here will yield massive speed &
efficiency wins for anyone using the default settings for pypicloud.
