Added `skipCookieState` to allow for multiple registrations of the cookie plugin with different validateFunc functions
- SessionCookiePlugin.js: Added option `skipCookieState` to skip registering the cookie state with Hapi
- .eslintrc.json: Updated for rest spread operator
- .gitignore: Allow package-lock.json
- package.json: Updated version to 2.2.0
- test.js: Added multiple registration use case tests
