* Added mibitracker-client to docker requirements.

* Add MIBItiff sample file.

* Added function to load images from MIBItiff files.

* Added notebook for preprocessing MIBItiff data.

* Fix preprocessing notebook after adding MIBItiff sample data.

* Fix path of mibitiff sample file in test.

* Fix postprocessing notebook after adding MIBItiff sample data.

* Added jupyter_contrib_nbextensions to requirements, since it's used by the NB tests.

* Added real path to notebooks to simplify the testing.

* Added MIBItiff notebook to the list for testing.

* Fix loading all channels of MIBItiff file.
